We help our students reach their maximum potential, inspiring them to understand the game of soccer and to play intelligently, with the ability to see, understand, decide and execute well and fast.But how do we come to develop these skills?

To find talent we must not look at the beginning, but at the end of the process. Skills emerge and develop as a consequence of exposing genetic capabilities (the innate gifts for soccer) to training, practice and intelligent learning, taking into account the strong influence of catalysts - positive or negative - that accelerate or inhibit the process of acquiring competencies.

There's external catalysts, such as the player's environment, family, or country of origin. And there is internal catalysts, i.e. intrapersonal. It is about the student's awareness of his strengths and weaknesses, and his ability to see himself realistically: Who am I? What am I like? What do I want? Here emotional intelligence, positive attitude, self-esteem and values come into play.

First We determine through tests the real situation and level of the student in each of the competencies, knowledge, skills and values in their learning process.

  • Technical: (individualized program according to test results (free of charge evaluation)
  • Tactics: (possibility of analyzing trainings and/or matches (video analysis)
  • Physical: Analysis and implementation of an individual program according to the needs of each player and position (field and gym work).
  • Injury Prevention Program
  • Improvement of the different manifestations of physical qualities
  • Psychological: We have a team of professionals (psychologists, coaches) with extensive experience in the world of sports that guarantee to know how to face and find the most appropriate solution to the behaviors that may present players or teams.

OBJECTIVE

The player has to learn how to learn (metacognition), since in his process towards talent he may not always have a teacher by his side. Any action in which he is involved (matches, training sessions, life experiences) helps him to progress on his way to his full potential.

PLANNING

Determining personalized learning strategies. How and when to get the student to reach the determined objectives. We schedule specific training actions and a specific time frame.

EVALUATION

At the end of the time limit set for reaching an objective, the student is evaluated to check the degree to which he/she has achieved it. When the result is satisfactory, we set new objectives.
