CAMPUS

INITIAL IDEA

To introduce both children and coaches to the Spanish soccer model, so easy to identify and which, as we know, has a series of characteristics that make it unique. To do so, we think that the best option is to choose one of the most representative Spanish clubs for its way of working and with its own methodology and have one of its coaches teach and share with us his way of seeing and teaching soccer. Practical and theoretical are the ways in which we impart this knowledge, conducting practical sessions and theoretical classes with both players and coaches.

WORK METHODOLOGY

The sessions are divided into a first theoretical part where the trainer exposes the objectives of the session and then a practical part, ending with a brief reflection on how the session has been developed, leaving the door open to possible questions, doubts and debates.

The theoretical part is carried out with a theoretical class where through videos each trainer shows the way of working of their clubs of origin.

The sessions are divided into a first theoretical part where the trainer exposes the objectives of the session and then a practical part, ending with a brief reflection on how the session has been developed, leaving the door open to possible questions, doubts and debates.

Tables are organized with coaches from the round table area where a topic is raised and from here each member of the table argues how they deal with this topic in their club of origin and the RCD Espanyol coach explains how they do it.

The theoretical part is carried out with a session where the trainer uses videos to show how Espanyol works.
